protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our coaching platform and
related services, including SMS communications.
SMS Communications
By enrolling with RokHop and providing your mobile phone number during onboarding,
you may opt in to receive SMS messages related to your coaching engagement. These
messages include:
- Session appointment confirmations and reminders
- Coaching insights and action items following live sessions
- Progress check-ins and accountability follow-ups
- Educational content recommendations relevant to your goals
- Responses to your questions and messages
SMS Consent & Opt-Out
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your coaching
engagement. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any
message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not
a condition of purchase or use of any RokHop service.
Mobile Information & Third-Party Sharing
We will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone
number to third parties, lead generators, or marketers. Your mobile
information is used solely for coaching communication within the RokHop platform.
We use trusted third-party providers for SMS and WhatsApp delivery (Telnyx), voice
sessions (LiveKit), and data storage, subject to confidentiality agreements; these
providers process messages on our behalf and do not use your phone number for any
other purpose.

- Request deletion of your personal data
